What do I need for my first class?
For your first class, all you need is a water bottle and a towel. Wrestling shoes aren’t required for your first few sessions—it’s perfectly fine to wrestle barefoot until you’re ready to get your own shoes.

Is wrestling available for males and females?
Yes! Wrestling is a co-ed sport, and we welcome boys and girls to participate in our programs.

Can I join as a beginner?
Absolutely! We all start as beginners, and Carnage Wrestling is open to anyone new to the sport. Whether you’re completely new or returning after some time away, we’d love to have you join us.

Will I be matched against someone of a similar weight?
Yes. Wrestling is a sport with defined weight categories, so you’ll be paired with someone of a similar weight and often a similar ability level as well.

Can I start wrestling if I’m not fit?
Yes, you can! Our coaches will design a program that allows you to go at your own pace, helping you build your fitness as you progress. One of the great things about wrestling is how it naturally helps improve fitness and strength over time.

How many days a week should I attend?
This depends on your personal goals. You can make great progress with just a few sessions each week, but if you’re aiming to compete, we recommend attending as often as possible to maximise you’re training.
